A four bedroom home for under £216,000 in Overpool George Wimpey Manchester is offering buyers great savings on their four bedroom detached Linfield homes at Overpool development Tudor Grange, which are available to buy with the housebuilder's popular Easymover scheme.

The homes now start from just £215,995 and with Easymover, George Wimpey will help purchasers secure their new home at the development and sell their current property in one easy package.

To participate in the scheme, buyers choose a new home from one of the beautiful George Wimpey homes at Tudor Grange, and pay a £250 reservation fee to secure the plot. The buyer's existing house is then valued by two independent estate agents and, based on their valuations, George Wimpey and the purchaser agree a marketing price for the property.

George Wimpey and the appointed estate agents then undertake an extensive marketing campaign to market the property.
