Redrow shows off new homes in Stockport Over half of prospective purchasers rely on show homes for inspiration, according to a survey by Redrow – so a newly opened show apartment in Hazel Grove, near Stockport, is sure to make a fashionable impression.

Thanks to its delectable colour scheme of cream and duck-egg blue and clever use of fashionable furniture, the newly dressed two-bedroom property at Cooper Court stylishly demonstrates how great apartment living can be.

The overall result is a contemporary home with a warm finish that complements the completed homes and surprisingly lush surroundings of this already popular development off Cooper Street.

The apartment is being used to ‘show off’ the new phase of two-bedroom apartments which have been released to buyers. They overlook a beautiful reservoir surrounded by reeds and trees – yet cosmopolitan Manchester is only a half-hour commute by train.

Elaine Mounsey, area sales manager for Redrow Homes, says: “A recent online survey by Redrow found that 55% of respondents said the most helpful factor when choosing a new home is viewing a fully furnished show home and would-be buyers are prepared to travel up to 50 miles to view one. This makes the newly dressed ‘Avon’ at Cooper Court a welcome addition to our portfolio.

“Cooper court is a good choice for buyers who want all the style and sophistication of apartment living, but would prefer a more tranquil way of life away from the hustle and bustle of city living

“Some of the apartments even feature a Juliet balcony so buyers can put their feet up in the living room and enjoy the stunning waterside view every day – all in all, it’s the perfect retreat.”

Cooper Court will eventually feature 98 two and three-bedroom mews and town houses and two-bedroom apartments from Redrow’s property portfolio.

Current availability includes competitively priced two-bedroom apartments priced from just £129,950 and a selection of three-bedroom houses from £199,950.

The development is close to the village of Hazel Grove and just three miles from Stockport, both of which offer plenty of amenities.

Travel connections from Hazel Grove are excellent with easy access to the A6, which links to the M1 and M6 motorways. There is also a local railway station which will take people straight into Manchester Piccadilly in 30 minutes.
