A friendly affair at Saxon Park

Darren and Michelle Heyes have told their friends so many positive things about their new Miller Homes property, that they too are shortly due to complete buying the same house type on the same development.

Darren and Michelle moved into their new home at Miller Homes’ ‘Saxon Park’ development, just outside Warrington, shortly before Christmas. Just two days after the Heyes’ decided to move, their friends said they were following in their footsteps and will shortly become their new neighbours on the development. The two couples were attracted to the ‘Fielding’ 5 bedroom, 3 storey home.

Darren says: “We liked the layout of this house, which suits the needs of our family. We have a teenage daughter and twelve year old son so having all the space is ideal. The location of the development also appealed, particularly as it’s by the river.”

Darren and Michelle used Miller Homes’ part exchange scheme to move. Darren says: “The price of the new home was attractive to us and so we decided to use the part exchange scheme to enable us to move quickly. We really wanted to be in our new home before Christmas, which the part exchange scheme made possible. Miller Homes gave us a good price for our 3 bedroom home, which meant we didn’t have the hassle of selling this property in the current market.”

Just three months from first viewing the properties at Saxon Park, the Heyes’ had moved to their new home there. Darren says: “We found the process straightforward and were kept well informed by the Miller Homes team. It’s brilliant here, quiet and relaxing. It’s also handy for my wife, as she works in Warrington town centre.”
