Housebuilder of the Year, Miller Homes, has announced the release of new homes at their popular Saxon Park development in Warrington. And two come with news of very special deals.

The 5-bedroom ‘Fielding’ home has a ‘MiPrice’ of just £214,950 - a saving £35,000. As well as the price reduction, MiPrice includes £500 towards Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance, to give home makers peace of mind in their new dream home.
