New scheme builds on success in Macclesfield

New scheme builds on success in Macclesfield A George Wimpey Manchester development in Macclesfield, which is proving to be one of the company’s most popular in the north west, is set to attract further interest with the release of a new part exchange scheme.

Jasmine Park on Whirley Road attracted more than 100 visitors to its showhomes when it officially opened their doors earlier this summer. Local people were keen to see the first new build development in the area for seven years, with new homes available from just £75,250.

Now the plush Henbury development has unveiled its latest initiative, with part exchange available across a selected number of plots.

George Wimpey Manchester Field Sales Manager Chloe Dunn explained the new scheme:

“Our customers tell us that the most stressful aspect of buying a new home is selling your current property. With our part exchange scheme, you do not have to worry about whether your home will sell and in what timescale because George Wimpey buys your home from you and so you are effectively not in a chain.

“We manage the whole process for you. The scheme provides you with a guaranteed buyer, a hassle free move and it removes the financial burden of estate agents’ fees, even providing a removal service if required.

“Buyers will also be entitled to our ‘House to Home removal service’, where our specialised team will pack and unpack their belongings and take care of the removal insurance - it couldn’t be simpler!”

Although the number of properties is limited, a range of housetypes are available under the scheme.

These include the three bedroom Buxton home, with single garage, the three storey, three bedroom Davenport and the luxurious four bedroom Winchester townhouse with single garage.

Situated in a sought after area, Jasmine Park will consist of 123 homes including ten different types of two, three, four and five bedroom properties. It offers excellent transport links for commuters and frequent travellers, with the development offering easy access to the A537, A34 and M6, leading in turn to the M56 and M62 connected to Liverpool and Manchester.

Jasmine Park is situated just a short distance from Macclesfield town centre. The cobbled streets and quaint buildings are home to a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Macclesfield, as well as the surrounding picturesque villages of Alderley Edge, Bollington and Prestbury, benefits from a number of fine restaurants, pubs and wine bars. The area has an abundance of local leisure facilities including parks, golf courses and leisure centres.
