Nilesh Majithia has joined the team at the Humberstone development as a Homes Consultant, giving help and advice to potential homebuyers. A large part of his job will be taking visitors - who are buying off-plan - onto the construction site to see what their new properties will look like.

Regional Sales Manager, Philip Lacey, said, “At Bryant at Humberstone, we have found that more and more people are looking to buy our homes off plan and are keen to see where the properties will be positioned on the development – that is where Nilesh comes in.

“He will be able to talk through all the details with customers and give them a vision of what their home will look like in the future. We are delighted he’s joined the team.”

Nilesh, who has been in the property industry for a few years, is pleased to be working for Bryant. He said, “Humberstone has a very close-knit community and as someone who has lived and worked in the Midlands for years, I feel I know the customer market Bryant is aiming at. I love meeting people and I am very happy to be able to help potential buyers get the homes they desire.”
