Buoyant times for Graeme in his new home

All Saints Corner, Miller Homes’ luxury gated apartment complex in Loughborough town centre has welcomed its first resident – former Scotland and Great Britain Swimmer, Graeme Smith.

Graeme, who is currently the athlete liaison officer for the Amateur Swimming Association and GB Swimming Team captain, has now moved into his stylish two bedroomed apartment – and like his award soaked career, it is perhaps unsurprising that he was the first of several new buyers to cross the finish line into his new home.

All Saints Corner was Graeme’s preferred location after he relocated from Manchester to Loughborough to embark on his new career, where he travels the world with the competing GB Swimming Team.

“I had been living in Loughborough, staying at the home of one of the coaches since last August and have had a good chance to locate the best places to live,” explains Graeme.

“It was really important to me to be centrally located in the UK, enabling me to see team members around the country and also to be located in the centre of Loughborough for my work at the University Campus and pool for general convenience in day-to-day life.”

Atlanta Olympic medallist Graeme, also found the spacious lounge of his apartment a real pull when hunting for his new home, guiltily confessing that he likes a lounge large enough to comfortably accommodate his favourite domestic pastime – his TV!

“The apartment, its room sizes and its general layout and design are great, but one of the other positive attributes that smoothed the buying process for me was the Miller team, who really made buying the apartment easy, answering any queries immediately and even helping me to arrange finance.

“I am off to Melbourne soon with the team in a major competition that will help us build for the Bejing Olympics in 2008 and the Miller sales team are going to accept any deliveries for me whilst I am away - couldn’t ask for more!”
