Part-exchange open weekend in Anstey

29th August 2007 Print
At up to 1,800 sq ft, the houses comprise more space than the average four-bedroom home and come with separate dining and sitting rooms, utility, family rooms as well as individually designed kitchens and luxurious bathrooms. Chase Homes is holding an open weekend at its latest development in Anstey, Leicestershire on 8 and 9 September. All five of these beautifully finished family houses are open for viewing right across the weekend when the housebuilder will also be offering the opportunity to part exchange.

Chase Homes prides itself on never building the same house type twice and has always carefully designed its developments to complement and bring out the best in their surroundings. The open weekend is your chance to see this attention to detail first hand.

Mal Mclachlan, sales manager for Chase Homes says:

“In addition to the part exchange, visitors should bear in mind that the showhome is also for sale and includes all carpets, curtains, soft furnishings and light fittings.

“Also, considering that the houses offer up to 1,850 sq ft - more space than the average new build house – this makes them the perfect choice for the growing family or housebuyers simply wanting to take advantage of low maintenance, high specification and plenty of room to relax and unwind.”

In addition to four-bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms and fully fitted kitchens, most of the houses comprise family rooms on the ground floor as well as utility and separate dining and living rooms.

Anstey benefits from a traditional English village setting and yet is very well connected to the A46, M1 and M69, so “Charnwood Gate” offers all the peace of the charms of the country along with the benefit of a hassle-free commute into work each day.

Prices currently range from £369,950. For housebuyers unable to make the open weekend, the showhome is open from 11am until 5pm, Thursday to Monday inclusive.
