Three, two, one, gone in Burton on the Wolds House hunters in Leicestershire had better be quick if they want to get their hands on a property at David Wilson East Midlands exclusive Orchards development in the sought after village of Burton on the Wolds, as just three homes remain on the market.

Situated on Melton Road, The Orchards is a collection of luxurious four and five bedroom detached family homes. Designed and built to a very high specification, this development has proved extremely successful, and with over 90% of properties already sold, prospective purchasers had better get a move on if they want to buy one of the final three homes.

Two of the three remaining properties are in the style of a Linford, which is a spacious five bedroom detached family home with double detached garage. The ground floor boasts a good size kitchen/family breakfast area, a separate dining room, cloak room, study and store room as well as a large lounge which features French doors that lead onto the garden. The first floor comprises the master bedroom, which has en-suite facilities, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom, which has an en-suite facility, features on the second floor.

One of the available Linfords is the showhome, which can be bought with all the designer fixtures and fittings. Andy Richardson, Sales Director at Claude Hooper Interior Designers describes the scheme. He says "We focused on a classic theme, using lots of neutral cream and beige colours, and tried to maintain a light and airy feel throughout. It's very luxuriously dressed and we've incorporated lots of tactile fabrics, layers and wallpapers. One of the bedrooms is decorated for a young boy, there's a big mural of a map on one of the walls, which makes quite an impressive feature. The classic décor perfectly compliments the traditional tone of the Linford style, and would undoubtedly make a fantastic family home."

The final available property is in the style of a Henwood. This is a traditional four- bedroom detached property with single detached garage. The ground floor boasts a spacious sitting room, kitchen/family breakfast room and separate dining room as well as a cloakroom and utility. The four bedrooms, the master incorporating en-suite facilities, and family bathroom feature on the first floor.

Philip Lacey, Sales Director for David Wilson East Midlands says "The Orchards is a fantastic development in a much sought after location and has proved extremely popular with home owners looking to take the next step up the property ladder. There were a superb selection of homes available, and with just two Linfords and a Henwood remaining, I'm confident these high quality homes will not be on the market for too much longer. "

Prices for the three remaining properties at The Orchards start from £299,950.
