Housebuilder David Wilson East Midlands has launched a new moving scheme that uniquely gives customers with a property to sell the chance to achieve the highest possible selling price, while still retaining the security of a guaranteed buyer.The Part-Exchange Plus scheme has been designed to give buyers both peace of mind and a sure fire way of moving up to a bigger home. Purchasers reserve the home of their choice, agree a part-exchange deal and then still offer their old property for sale on the open market up to eight weeks before the new home is ready to move into. David Wilson will even pay for the estate agent's fees and the Home Information Pack if they choose to do this.
