New homes sell like hotcakes in Humberstone Home-hunters can't keep their hands off the stylish range of brand new properties at Bryant's popular development in Humberstone. Six homes have been snapped up in the past fortnight, bucking the national trend for slower property sales. But with prices from just £99,995 and substantial additional savings available for all types of buyers, there's little wonder people are turning to the new-build market.

Humberstone comprises an attractive range of one and two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom houses, meaning first-time buyers and those looking for a place with more space have plenty of choice and opportunity at the development.

Just one of the styles of home which is attracting a great deal of interest is the two-bedroom ‘Arden' apartment, featuring traditional, low-rise external architecture and including bay windows to selected plots.

A typical first-floor apartment has a magnificent reception room located off the private, internal entrance hallway, a separate kitchen, two well-proportioned bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside there is allocated parking and a lawned area

The ‘Arden' is priced from £99,995, while three and four-bedroom houses start at £149,995.

All new homes at the development enjoy a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and cooker hood.

Qualifying customers can benefit from the Government's First-time Buyer Initiative, through which they can reduce their mortgage by up to half on selected homes, but still own 100% of the property. A loan is provided to make up the difference and is interest-free for the first three years, with the rate then capped at 3%. Further details are available by visiting the Marketing Suite.

Surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, the development is perfectly positioned within easy walking distance of Humberstone's local amenities, which include a primary school, a choice of pubs and a golf club, and just a 10-minute drive from Leicester city centre.

For commuters, the A47 is a short distance by road, while Leicester Railway Station provides fast, regular services to Birmingham, Nottingham, Peterborough and London St Pancras.
