Housebuilder celebrates sales success in Leicestershire Bosses at David Wilson East Midlands are celebrating after recording fantastic sales successes in the half year to December proving that despite all the doom and gloom surrounding the current housing market, people are continuing to buy new homes.

The Leicestershire-based housebuilder, who has well established reputation throughout the region, has so far legally completed an impressive 316 properties at half year and December has proved to be the busiest month of 2008 with sales up on the same time last year.

Philip Lacey, Sales Director for David Wilson says "It's a very challenging market at the moment, but David Wilson is renowned for building homes of the highest standard and we are committed to providing innovative financial incentives which gives us the edge over our competitors.

"Despite the negative press, now is in fact an ideal time to buy as we are offering some superb deals and we are finding more and more people who come down to our sales offices are surprised by what we can actually offer buyers.

"We're thrilled with our fantastic half year result and with the launch of two brand new developments in the early part of this year, Wellington Court in Ibstock and Rectory Gardens in Sutton Bonington, we're hoping for continued sales success well into 2009."

David Wilson currently has a number of developments on offer throughout the East Midlands, from Rugby to Nottingham. For more information log on to Dwh.co.uk.
