Easter visitors to home in on theme-park pass A cracking Easter prize is on offer to families who visit an exclusive new homes development from Miller Homes East Midlands. Cleves Place in Melton Mowbray, has attracted visitors eager to find out more about how they can combine a country lifestyle with modern living in an affordable new home.

With a selection of three and four-bedroomed homes available, such as the good-sized Thames property, the thoughtfully-designed Coniston and the stylish Shakespeare, a number of young families have made Cleves Place their home.

To help celebrate the success of the development, Miller Homes is offering potential homebuyers the chance to win a luxury Easter Egg or a family pass to Twinlakes, a family theme park just outside Melton Mowbray.

Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes, commented: “Cleves Place is an excellent location for the family, and with a number of innovative buying schemes available, there has never been a better time to buy a new home.

“As many people visit new homes development over Easter, we thought we’d offer up a nice seasonal prize. All people have to do is go along to the showhouse over the Easter weekend and enter their name into a prize draw.”

Entries to the competition must be submitted by 5.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday, April 13.

Part-exchange options are available at Cleves Place, and some plots have MiWay available – a scheme that enables purchasers to buy a new home without having to pay the full purchase price up front, but still own 100 per cent of the property from day one.

The scheme, which allows buyers to pay 75 per cent now and 25 per cent later with help in the form of long-term equity loan from Miller Homes, is available on the Shakespeare property, at Plot 6, which is a large three-bed detached with a garage, south-facing gardens, and superb views.
