Sun shines brightly for buyers in Earl Shilton

The aim of the event was to allow guests to take a look around the impressive development of family homes in all its glory now that the Earl Shilton bypass is open and also to fully appreciate the stunning views over open countryside residents can enjoy.
Drinks and nibbles were handed out and entertainment was provided by well known local barber shop quartet, So Close. Three walkers and their golden retrievers from Leicestershire’s Guide Dogs for the Blind were also present collecting for the worthwhile charity.
Philip Lacey, Sales Director at David Wilson comments “The event at The Hedgerows was an opportunity for Leicestershire’s househunters to come and take a look around this impressive collection of family homes.
“Although it was launched in October of last year, the recent opening of the new bypass significantly improves accessibility to the development and we wanted to demonstrate to customers what a great place it is to live.
“So Close proved to be a huge source of entertainment and were thoroughly enjoyed by all and the golden retrievers who came down with Leicestershire’s Guide Dogs for the Blind were a hit with animal lovers.
“Customers and staff have a great fondness of the golden retriever that represents the David Wilson brand, so as a gesture to say thank you for helping us celebrate the start of the summer, we made a charitable donation to this worthwhile cause.”
Situated on Masefield Drive, The Hedgerows offers a stunning selection of three-, four- and five- bedroom homes in a pleasing location on the outskirts of Earl Shilton.
The wide range of amenities this bustling town has on offer are all close at hand, which includes independent shops, restaurants, public houses and takeaways and the opening of the new bypass provides the development with an excellent road network that significantly improves links to the whole of the East Midlands.
Prices at the development start from £199,995.
