The new range of homes at Waters Edge has just been released and features a mix of apartments and houses offering desirable waterside living overlooking the Caldon Canal.

The area around the development is set for a major facelift as part of wider regeneration plans to create a modern urban neighbourhood, including canalside cafes and water activities.

A cool glass of wine will be on offer for those that attend the opening weekend, and for anyone after a little interior design inspiration, the stylish Neale show home is available to view.

Linda Androlia, sales director for Redrow Homes (West Midlands) says: “Stoke is a place close to our hearts as we’ve been very active here over the past few years. Our latest venture, Waters Edge, offers buyers even more to choose from and comes with a very desirable extra – a superb canalside location.”

“Inviting people down gives us the opportunity to show what we’re creating and for those interested in our properties there’s no better way to find out about the lifestyle on offer.”

Waters Edge will feature 108 one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom duplex apartments and three and four-bedroom homes. The venture is aimed at a wide range of buyers, from young professionals stepping onto the ladder to families who want larger homes with lots of space, as well as empty nesters – creating a diverse community.

Buyers will also have the option to personalise their new home with a wide range of bathroom and kitchen finishes, along with various upgrades, to choose from – making this development perfect for those who like to be creative and add their own style stamp on their living space.

This latest phase is a continuation of Redrow’s regeneration of this part of Stoke, alongside the Caldon Canal. These homes form part of a major Pathfinder housing project, which is backed by the government through English Partnerships.

Prices currently start at £117,500 for a two-bedroom apartment, £149,950 for a three-bedroom home, going up to £199,950 for a four-bedroom three-storey townhouse.

Waters Edge is located on Wedgwood’s former Eagle Pottery site, off Ivy House Road in Hanley. For further information, visit redrow.co.uk.
