Barratt makes dreams come true at Millfield Wharf Award winning housebuilder Barratt Mercia is offering local homebuyers the chance to purchase their dream home thanks to its ‘Dream Start’ scheme. This innovative financial scheme is being offered on all two-bedroom Glascote style apartments at the housebuilder’s Millfield Wharf development on Coleshill Road in Fazeley, Tamworth.

Chris Ashmore Sales Director for Barratt comments, “Dream Start is an excellent initiative which allows homebuyers to purchase 100 per cent of the property for just 75 per cent of the price.

“The deferred amount is paid back as 25 per cent of the property’s open market value at any time up to the resale of the house or within 10 years, whichever is sooner.

“Dream Start has been specifically designed for first time buyers and key workers, allowing them to get their first step up on the property ladder and making the dream of home ownership become a reality. The Glascote apartments are an ideal first home with spacious, well appointed rooms and at an affordable price.”

Situated on the edge of Fazeley village and marina, Millfield Wharf has excellent waterside views and beautiful communal gardens which can be enjoyed by all. The M6 and M42 motorways along with rail links and Birmingham International Airport are all close by close by, whilst Tamworth town centre is less than 10 minutes from the development and offers a range of shops, bars and restaurants.

The two-bedroom Glascote apartments which are being offered with Dream Start comprise open plan living room and kitchen, en-suite to the double master bedroom, second bedroom and stylish bathroom. The Glascote apartment is priced from £171,700 meaning with Dream Start homebuyers could purchase the apartment for just £128,775.

Millfield Wharf is a development of just 57 two-bedroom apartments. For more information about Dream Start log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
