25th June 2008 Print
New kid on the block at Scholar's Gate Housebuilder Barratt West Midlands has recently welcomed Colin Juett as the new Sales Negotiator to its Scholar's Gate development on School Lane in Stafford.

After working as a car salesman for nearly 10 years, Colin aged 36, joined Barratt in March and after taking part in Barratt's training scheme, has been joined the sales team at Scholar's Gate.

Colin explained, "I had previously been working in car sales for several years and was looking for a new challenge, when Barratt was recommended to me by a friend. New home sales seemed to be the obvious choice as it meant that I was able to utilise many of the skills from my previous role, whilst still facing new and exciting challenges everyday.

"Barratt is a very well known housebuilder, offering a high quality product, something which makes it a great company to work for. Everyday is different here on site, I am always learning something new which keeps the job fresh and interesting. I am really enjoying my time here at Scholar's Gate so far and I am looking forward to a long and happy career with Barratt."

David Child, Sales Director for Barratt commented, "Due to his excellent background I am sure that sales at Scholar's Gate will get off to a swift start with Colin at the reigns and I wish him the best of luck in his new career with Barratt."

Scholar's Gate is situated on the outskirts of Stafford town centre, which is just four miles away and offers a range of shops, bars and restaurants. Due to the range of properties available, the development is ideal for families and couples alike and benefits from no less than three outdoor green spaces and an equipped play area.

Scholar's Gate offers a range of two-bedroom apartments and four- and five-bedroom houses. Prices start from £154,950. For more information log on to Barratthomes.co.uk.
