Tony, a Serviceman for Dunlop Aircraft explained, "I had always dreamt of moving to Portugal, but I have family and some very good friends who have helped me through very difficult times, in Tamworth, so the decision to move abroad was always going to be tough. When I saw the apartments at Millfield Wharf I was very pleased to find that they were exactly what I had been looking for and I was able to stay close to my daughters.

"At first I had been looking at three- and four-bedroom houses, but decided to buy the two-bedroom show apartment at Millfield Wharf because it was a much more manageable size for me. Plus because it was the showhome, the apartment was fully decorated and all the furniture was included, meaning I was able to move into a ready made home, all I needed was my toothbrush.

"Millfield Wharf is also ideally located, I am close to the family and also only a five minute walk from Fazeley town centre, which is perfect as I can easily reach town to meet friends. I am very happy with my new apartment and I am very glad that I decided to stay in Tamworth.

"At the front of my property there garden area and because I wanted a little bit more privacy to the front of my apartment Barratt agreed to fence the area off for me which finished the property off very nicely, they couldn't have been more helpful."
