Clough makes appearance at new Miller showhome Burton Albion manager, Nigel Clough, made a special visit to Miller Homes' Hopwood development this week to officially open two luxury new showhomes to the public. Nigel was invited to the 145 home scheme to carry out the official ribbon cutting duties, shortly after completing the team's first pre-season training session of the summer.

Regional sales manager Kim Garbett, who was on hand to welcome Nigel, said: "It was lovely of Nigel to take time out of his busy schedule to give our new showhomes his seal of approval. We've already had plenty of interest since unveiling the two properties and everyone is incredibly impressed with both the homes and the development as a whole."

Nigel Clough added: "This is a really attractive location, the view from these showhomes is very pleasant and the overall quality of the interiors is there for all to see."

The Brunel Special showhome is decorated with champagne and cream walls, with touches of black. The home has a contemporary wooden theme throughout with modern chrome lighting providing a subtle and stylish appearance. This hometype is now available from £189,950 with integral garage.

The Chantry showhome is a four bedroom townhouse on three storeys. All Chantry homes on the Hopwood scheme are currently priced at £229,950.

Hopwood can be found on Princess Way, a stones throw from Burton Albion's Pirelli Stadium. The development is located on the main bus route and benefits from excellent transport links, with the motorway network easily accessible via the A38 and A50. There is a wealth of beautiful countryside and places to visit within easy reach of Burton, including Derbyshire Peak District, Tutbury Castle and Staffordshire's Cannock Chase and there is nightlife and arts to suit most tastes.

The development's current portfolio offers a choice of three and four bedroom homes in semi-detached, detached and mews styles with prices ranging between £149,950 and £229,950.
