Don't lose the plot with Miller Homes

Luckily for Mr Young, the house he wanted was on the popular residential Miller Homes development of Hopwood in Burton, which meant that, rather than lose the plot (43 that is), Miller Homes helped with the proceedings so he could buy the home he wanted.
Mr Young said; "When we saw the plot at Hopwood, we knew straight away that it was the perfect house for us. The location was great, we liked the design, and a couple of our friends already lived there, so you can imagine how disappointed we were when our sale fell through".
After losing the buyer for his house, Richard ended up living in mayhem for four months waiting to find another buyer. When he finally arranged the sale of his home, he came back to Miller, grateful to find not only that the plot he wanted was still available, but that the sales team could offer him a tailored incentive package to aid the move.
Richard continued; "Miller kept me informed about any interest in the plot I wanted, then once I had agreed the sale of my home, offered a financial incentive to help me secure the property and move in."
Linda Androlia, regional sales director for Miller Homes, said; "The problem that Mr Young has had is, unfortunately, not uncommon in the UK house buying market. Because there's no real way to avoid it, buyers that find their perfect home shouldn't be penalised, which is why we always try to help people in these situations."
Mr Young's home is a Wolsey property, a three storey mews style home with three bedrooms. The generous master bedroom offers a bright and airy atmosphere, with an added feeling of space given from the adjoined dressing room and en-suite. The spacious second and third bedrooms make the Earlswood an ideal choice for families, whilst the kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining.
Linda added; "To help buyers even further, we're also offering our MiWay scheme on a selection of properties at Hopwood, meaning that many new homes are even more affordable."
The new initiative gives buyers the chance to pay 75% now, 25% later on many homes on developments across the Midlands, whilst still owning 100% of the property. This puts house buyers in a much stronger position when applying for finance.
Prices on the development start from £119,950 for the one bedroom Avon Coach House, to £239,950 for the five bedroom Chantry. For more information, log on to Millerhomes.co.uk.
