Youngsters in a spin at Sadlers Park

Paying tribute to Stoke-on-Trent's potteries heritage, Countryside Properties commissioned the one-of-a-kind stainless steel Spinning Pot monument to mark the regeneration of the site on which the former Wedgewood factory once stood.
Taking time out of lessons to visit the development on Ironstone Walk, pupils from John Baskeyfield C of E Primary School were invited to draw their own sketch of the Spinning Pot, the most creative of which was selected by Tina Boulton, Marketing Manager for Countryside Properties and Debbie Ford, Sales Consultant at Sadlers Park.
Regional sales director, Martin Leggett, commented: "It remains a priority of Countryside Properties to invest and engage in the areas in which it builds. The Spinning Pot pays homage to the potteries' legacy at Sadlers Park, which we hope will contribute a sense of pride in the local community.
"By offering the children from John Baskeyfield C of E Primary School the chance to take part in our art competition we aimed to generate an understanding of the industry on which their town was built."
Tina Boulton of Countryside Properties said: "It was great to judge the art competition at Sadlers Park. I am so impressed with all the children's efforts; each sketch captured the essence of the Spinning Pot perfectly, it was hard to pick a winner."
Countryside Properties awarded the winner, Madhia Javaid, with a special arts and crafts kit for their creative sketch of the Spinning Pot sculpture.
Set in the heart of Burslem town centre, with panoramic views across the Fowlea Valley and Staffordshire Moorlands, Sadlers Park features a range of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom houses.
Countryside Properties is currently offering a range of unique incentives to make the buying process even easier at Sadlers Park. A number of apartments are available through Countryside Properties' shared equity scheme, with prices for a one bedroom apartment starting at just £56,000, a minimum 70% contribution towards the property's value, with the developer taking care of the remaining 30% for 10 years.
Additionally, prices start at just £159,950 for three bedroom homes, with four bedroom homes from just £179,950, some of which will be available through Countryside Properties' Part Exchange Scheme. For more information log on to Sadlerspark.co.uk.
