Redrow gives curtain call at two Staffordshire developments As the curtain falls on two Redrow developments in Staffordshire, the award-winning developer is giving buyers a final opportunity to snap up their perfect home. St Edwards Park in Cheddleton, is now down to its final five homes whilst Doulton Grange, in Stoke on Trent, has just one four-bedroom property remaining.

The dynamic St Edwards Park venture saw the transformation of the old St Edward's Hospital, and proved popular with buyers thanks to its leafy location and great choice of new-build and architecturally stunning, refurbished homes.

Meanwhile Doulton Grange, situated off Leek New Road, boasts beautiful ‘Georgian' styled homes and offers convenient access to the M6 motorway - making it a popular choice for commuters, families and first time buyers alike.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands) says: "Both St Edwards Park and Doulton Grange are shinning examples of Redrow's thriving property portfolio throughout Staffordshire.

"St Edward Park is a development on a grand scale; it is situated within 122 acres of parkland and gives buyers an opportunity to live in a truly idyllic location surrounded by breathtaking architecture.

"Meanwhile at Doulton Grange, we have managed to create a great community thanks to the diverse mix of properties and great road links to the M6. It's equally a great place to live."

"Also buyers choosing to make the move to either development, will have access to a range of cash saving incentives thanks to ‘re:assure by Redrow, a package of help designed to help people get moving quickly and easily.

Currently availability at St Edwards Park includes a range of two bedroom apartments and three-bedroom homes, with prices from £159,950 to £199,995.

The location of the development on Leek Road, Cheddleton, offers the best of both worlds. Ideally placed for those who enjoy the sights and sounds of the country but still want the benefits of urban life close at hand, it offers spectacular views over rolling countryside and has plenty of amenities close by.

The final available home at Doulton Grange is a four-bedroom, three-storey ‘Ribble'.

It features a spacious living room, separate dining room and kitchen on the ground floor and three of the bedrooms plus the family bathroom on the first floor. The cleverly converted roof space creates a whole extra floor of accommodation which has been devoted to the master bedroom, which has its own en-suite bathroom.

What's more, it comes with landscaped gardens, flooring throughout and the offer to pay the stamp duty. It is priced at just £199,995.

Doulton Grange is located on Leek New Road in Baddeley Green. All the amenities of Hanley town centre are on hand, and Festival Park and Octagon Retail Park offer some of the best local shopping.

Travel links from Doulton Grange are excellent, with both the A50 and A500 nearby giving direct links to the M6 to reach Birmingham and Manchester. From Longport Railway station, just over three miles away, trains to Birmingham New Street and Manchester Piccadilly take around an hour.
