Good news travels fast in Stoke

Good news travels fast in Stoke Searching for a new home can often be a daunting process, so it’s no surprise that for Rachel Stanley in Stoke, it was the last thing on her mind when she returned home from an eight week trip to the Far East.

Then again, the good news of Miller Homes’ MiWay scheme travels fast, meaning that just a month after seeing her ideal property, Rachel had moved in and was enjoying the benefits of owning her first home.

Rachel said: “I had no strong intentions to move out at the time, but when I saw an advert for Lymevale View and the MiWay scheme, I just had to take a look. After viewing the property and the development I was sold straight away, especially given its perfect location for my commute to work.”

Under the MiWay initiative, Rachel was able to pay 75% up front and 25% later, whilst still owning 100% of the property. This puts house buyers in a much stronger position when applying for finance.

After returning from her travels, Lymevale View offered Rachel the traditional convenience of apartment living, whilst still being close enough to her roots. Set in a tranquil location at the heart of Staffordshire, the development enjoys excellent transport links to the A34 Newcastle road, making it the perfect choice for commuters.

Linda Androlia, regional sales director for Miller Homes, said: “We are delighted to report that all our properties at Lymevale View have now been sold. The development proved very popular with homebuyers looking for a convenient lifestyle in a relaxing setting, something that is also offered at our Stone development, the Willows. It’s also great being able to help buyers such as Rachel get onto the property ladder, as well as making dream homes even more affordable.”

Rachel added: “Had it not been for the MiWay scheme, I wouldn’t have been able to afford to move into my own house, especially as I didn’t have a deposit.”

Properties at The Willows start from £184,950 but with the new Homebuy Direct scheme, you only need to pay 70 percent up front. For more information visit Millerhomes.co.uk.
