Customer satisfaction levels are ‘shooting through the roof’ for Taylor Wimpey West Midlands – with 100% of customers on most sites (especially Cannock) saying they would recommend the company to family and friends.

The results are from year-to-date Customer Satisfaction surveys across 12 sites in the region, with one of the best performing being Fallowfields in Huntington Village. This picturesque development of 85 new homes on the edge of Cannock Chase got perfect marks, in the recommendation stakes, but also scored 100% in all the other questions covering the pre, during, post sale and handover stages.

Questions such as ‘quality of home’, ‘finish of home’, ‘service before moving in’, and ‘home handed over exactly as expected’ also scored 100% for the development, which is proving popular with first time buyers, young professionals and growing families alike because of the value-for-money location, accessibility and plethora of local village amenities.
