Americans on track will boost Birmingham Property

The announcement earlier this week that the American Athletics Olympic team will be staying in Birmingham to conduct final training in Perry Barr before the games start in 2012, has sparked renewed interest in the UK’s second city.

Only recently a report has shown that the North West area of Birmingham has achieved the highest property value growth over the past ten years, an impressive 20%, more than any other part of the UK. Will this growth and attention mean that London investors turn their heads further north than Watford Gap and take note of what the region has to offer?
