Show apartments have eggstra appeal

The giant Easter Egg, weighing a staggering 2.5 kilos, will be on display in the Sales Information Centre at Miller’s Coppice Park woodland park development over the Easter period, and all visitors will have to do to be in with a chance of winning is put their names and contact numbers into the draw.

“Easter is one of our busiest times and we felt that we should offer our many visitors the chance to win something special as a thank you for taking the time to view our development during the holiday period,” explains Joy Goodman, Miller Homes East Midlands sales director.

The three luxury show apartments represent just a few of the many styles of apartment available for sale at Coppice Park, with the development also offering a selection of five townhouse designs, a unique 3 bedroomed cottage and a selection of three bedroomed apartments.

Coppice Park is a development set in mature parkland, which is situated between Draycott and Borrowash, making it ideal for commuting into Nottingham and Derby.

Prices for properties currently available for sale at the development range from the Type C apartment at £145,950 to the 3 bedroomed Shardlow townhouse at £253,950.
