Latest chapter in Derby city living unveiled

Miller Homes, the housebuilder credited with creating the first large scale city living developments in Derby, has unveiled its Centro West Sales Information Centre, which not only showcases the range of properties that will be available for sale at the development, but has also been mocked up as an actual show apartment – displaying replica interiors of one of the apartments.

This is the first time that Miller Homes has ever built a show apartment within a sales Information Centre cabin and when visiting, prospective housebuyers will be able to view its luxurious lounge/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and even bathroom, as well as information on the array of 51, 1 and 2 bedroomed luxury waterside apartments that are now available for sale.

Situated off Agard Street and adjacent to the picturesque Markeaton Brook and historic St John’s Church, Centro West is a development comprising two modern apartment complexes – to be known as West House and Centro House.
