Martial arts champion moves in at Ambassador Park

Tony says:
“Although I have retired from competing professionally, I still run a training academy in Derby and also run classes in Nottingham and the location of Ambassador Park means I can get to work with no trouble whatsoever.”
Tony was born and bred in Derby and his martial arts career started in the early 1980s. Over his 20-year career he was World Champion, European Champion and British Champion numerous times. In fact he was known as Tony “THE ICE” Sewell due to the fact that he was so cool under pressure when he competed.
Another reason Tony moved to Ambassador Park was so he could have a larger property for his growing family, as his wife is eight months pregnant. The housetype Tony selected for his growing family (and medal cabinet) was the three storey, 3 bedroomed Rutland townhouse – Ambassador Park’s phase one showhome.
The Rutland begins with a hallway leading to its generous lounge, which boasts a bay window and French doors leading to the rear garden. The dining room is also accessed from the hallway and there is an attractive modern kitchen and a convenient ground floor WC.
Up stairs to the first floor, there are two large bedrooms, a family bathroom and a study, which could double as a nursery room/ mini gym or could even house a single bed.
Finally the second floor of the property is devoted entirely to the master bedroom, which is furnished with fitted wardrobes and includes a separate dressing area and en-suite shower room.
“With Sharon being pregnant and me being so busy with work, it was essential we bought a property that we could move straight in to. The showhome was ready decorated in the latest interior styles - just to our taste and we are already very much at home here.”
The development can be viewed daily from 10.30-5.30pm.
