First family move into their new home at The Spires

The first family to move into Barratt’s The Spires Development at Chesterfield have taken over the keys to a fantastic new three storey, three bed Norbury. Richard and Louise Ward – and their two children Millie aged three and a half and 11 month old Leo – were looking for a larger family home - and the spacious Norbury is ideal.

Richard said: “We were not particularly looking to buy at The Spires – but we dropped in for a visit and were very impressed with the Norbury. It was perfect for us and we made a very quick decision to buy. Thanks to Barratt’s first class customer service – we were able to move swiftly.”

The couple and their children moved from Renishaw and are looking forward to living in a new location, close to the centre of Chesterfield, with first class shopping and leisure facilities on the doorstep – plus excellent transport links.

Richard welcomes the ready access to the M1. His job takes him all over the country and the first class transport links make travelling to work much easier.

Louise said: “We loved the size, space and layout of the Norbury. It means the children can have a bedroom each – and there is plenty of room for everyone.”
