Hallam Fields opens with a flourish and a first sale Barratt East Midlands new development at Hallam Fields in Ilkeston has opened with a flourish - and has chalked with its first sale within days. Hallam Fields is Barratt's first new development in Ilkeston for several years and has been eagerly awaited by housebuyers.
