Sales negotiator reaches new heights

A member of staff from house building firm David Wilson East Midlands has been so impressed with the development, on which she works, that she has purchased her own home there.

Following over 12 years working in the house building industry, Sales Negotiator Lyn Fearn, who works at the Castle Heights development in Church Gresley wanted to move to a property which was low maintenance and the London style four bedroom home did just that.

"As I look after my grandson in the week and with another grandchild on the way, my husband and I were looking for a home that was more manageable for us and which provided our grandchildren with a safe place to play as they grow up. The garden and surroundings of the property gave us just what we needed."
