Sales negotiator reaches new heights A member of staff from house building firm David Wilson East Midlands has been so impressed with the development, on which she works, that she has purchased her own home there.

Following over 12 years working in the house building industry, Sales Negotiator Lyn Fearn, who works at the Castle Heights development in Church Gresley wanted to move to a property which was low maintenance and the London style four bedroom home did just that.

Castle Heights is a well established development on Castle Lane boasting a selection of one- two- three- four- and five- bedroom homes, which have been designed to appeal to a variety buyers and in this case, staff members.

Lyn previously worked at Castleton Park and saw the homes at nearby Castle Heights being built. She was so impressed with the properties available that she bought a four-bedroom home almost as soon as they were released for sale. A few weeks after moving into her new home, Lyn transferred over to Castle Heights where she now works and lives.

She explained, "As soon as I saw the houses being built on the development I knew that Castle Heights was going to be a great development and after working on site and close by at Castleton Park I quickly saw how popular it was with visitors and thought that it would be the perfect place to call home.

"As I look after my grandson in the week and with another grandchild on the way, my husband and I were looking for a home that was more manageable for us and which provided our grandchildren with a safe place to play as they grow up. The garden and surroundings of the property gave us just what we needed."

Philip Lacey, Sales Director of David Wilson East Midlands added, "Lyn represents one of many customers who have bought at Castle Heights, all of whom have seen the potential this new development has. From first time buyers, downsizers and larger families this development has properties to suit a variety of homebuyers.”

Church Gresley is surrounded by newly constructed woods which are an extended part of the National Forest as well as Gresley Common providing a lush open space for walks and summer sports. For the more active resident Swadlincote Ski Centre is located just five minutes down the road by car.

Prices for the homes at Castle Heights start at £79,950. For more information log on to Dwh.co.uk.
