Mayor celebrates launch of the Colsterworth Collection The worshipful the Mayor of Grantham was in Colsterworth this weekend marking the launch of the Colsterworth Collection at the towns stunning new Newton Grange development from David Wilson Homes.

Newton Grange is an exclusive new development of only 94 homes with three, four and five bed luxury family homes and a key feature of the Colsterworth Collection is that all housetypes are available in a range of external finishes, meaning the prospective purchaser can choose from stone, brick or render options as preferred.

The Mayor’s visit marked the official launch of the development with representatives from David Wilson Homes showing the Mayor and guests around the site, which has been specifically designed to be in keeping with the look and feel of the local community.
