Rams fan finds dream home at City Point

Derby County supporter Michael Tyndyk has found himself not only the dream new home at David Wilson East Midlands' City Point development in Derby, but also a signed shirt of his favourite team after winning the housebuilder's ‘Rams Fans' prize draw.

To mark Derby County's biggest match of the season against arch rivals Nottingham Forest on 2nd November, the local housebuilder decided to hold a special promotion whereby fans could enter a free prize draw to win a signed Derby County shirt.

Fliers were handed out throughout match day and Rams fans were simply asked to fill out their details and hand the flier in to the development's sales office.

The prize draw took place last week and Michael was chosen as the lucky winner. He says "I'm a massive Derby County fan and as we were already buying a new home at City Point, I didn't think I had anything to lose by entering the prize draw.

"I didn't expect to win, so when I received the call to say I had it came as a pleasant suprise to say the least.
