New homes sell like hot cakes at Hilton Home-buyers can't keep their hands off the brand new range of properties at Bryant Homes' sought-after development in Hilton near Derby. With an amazing five homes snapped up over just one weekend, the development is bucking the national trend for a downturn in sales as purchasers take advantage of lower mortgage rates and fantastic money-saving deals from the leading housebuilder.

Among the homes that are proving popular with customers are two-bedroom apartments priced from £99,995 that are ideal for first-time buyers and those seeking to downsize to enjoy a comfortable and DIY-free lifestyle.

Three-bedroom houses are also attracting great interest and start at £144,995, while spacious four-bedroom homes from £189,995 combined with Hilton's excellent location mean that families are flocking to live at the development.

The versatile three-bedroom ‘Wessex' is a favourite for all types of buyer - a home for families, couples and individuals of all ages. It features a spacious reception room with French doors to the rear garden, a contemporary kitchen and a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Like all Bryant's new homes at Hilton, the ‘Wessex' enjoys a high standard specification including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Ideally located close to a nature reserve and Hilton village centre, homes are served by a general store, village hall and several public houses, including a 15th century inn. The city of Derby is nine miles from the development and offers a vast array of independent and high street stores, an excellent range of leisure facilities and a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Burton-Upon-Trent is a similar distance away.

Commuters will appreciate good road links, with the M1 Junction 24 a 20-minute drive from the development. Services from Willington Station put Birmingham and Nottingham less than an hour away by rail.
