Couple buy new home after year of watching

Having kept a keen eye on the property market for the past year, Martin and Denise Rowe snapped up their brand new home for a great price at George Wimpey’s Knightsbridge Court development in Borrowash near Derby.

The couple had seen the stylish four-bedroom ‘Leigh’ showhome 12 months earlier, and after playing a waiting game and watching prices fall, they decided the time was right to make their reservation.

“The Sales Executive and the staff at Knightsbridge Court were very helpful, and having moved with a different housebuilder before, I feel George Wimpey got their assistance with moving and after-sales care just about right,” adds Martin. “For us, waiting until now to move paid off and everything fell into place.”

Martin and Denise are both engineers at Rolls-Royce in Derby, and chose the location so that they could be close to their families, in a home they can enjoy for years to come.
