Do it ‘MiWay’ in Derbyshire

20th April 2009 Print
Do it ‘MiWay’ in Derbyshire Miller Homes East Midlands is offering prospective home-buyers the opportunity to learn more about its affordable MiWay home-ownership initiative by holding an open day at one of its premier Derbyshire locations, Fernwood Place.

House-hunters are invited to visit the development on 25th April, between 11am and 4pm, to learn more about the innovative scheme which enables purchasers to buy a new home without having to pay the full purchase price up front, but still own 100 percent of the property from day one.

MiWay, which allows buyers to pay 75 per cent now and 25 per cent later with help in the form of long-term equity loan from Miller Homes, is available on a number of properties at Fernwood Place, including the Sheridan-style home, a three-bed townhouse with an integral single garage and an unusual L-shaped and wonderfully bright living-room, available from £127,000.

Sales director for Miller Homes East Midlands, Joy Goodman, commented: “At Miller Homes, we pride ourselves on our ability to enhance the overall customer experience, making homebuying the simple, affordable and enjoyable process it should be.

“MiWay has been created to enable all potential buyers to move with confidence and the purpose of this weekend is to provide an informal setting where people can come along and learn more about the scheme, without any added pressure.

“New homes haven’t been this affordable for years and because of MiWay, many will find that they are able to get lot more for their money than they initially thought.”

Situated off Stenson Road, close to Oaklands Avenue in Littleover, Fernwood Place benefits enormously from its location, which boasts doorstep country walks, an adjacent golf course, open farmland and easy travel into Derby’s city centre.
