Final three properties at Centro West

Only three properties remain available for sale at one of the most popular new homes developments in Derby city centre, Miller Homes East Midlands’ Centro West.

The multi-award-winning housebuilder has revealed that now just four apartments are left at Centro West, with keen interest already shown in the remaining homes.

The first of the three properties is a two-bedroomed Type N apartment, with views over the Markeaton Brook area of the city. With a slightly different layout to the Type A, this property, priced at £157,950, would be a good home for those wanting luxurious city living.

The two Type L apartments that are remaining are inspirational homes and will be somewhere so special that buyers will be proud to call them home.

Miller Homes, which is this year celebrating its 75th anniversary, is continually looking at innovative ways to make new homes even more affordable and has confirmed that all four apartments will be available on its MiWay scheme.

MiWay enables purchasers to buy a new home without having to pay the full purchase price up front, but still own 100 per cent of the property from day one.

It allows buyers to pay 75 per cent now and 25 per cent later with help in the form of long-term equity loan from Miller Homes. For example, this means that for the Type N apartment, priced at £157,950, people will only need to arrange a mortgage for £118,463.
