Heath Gardens reaches a crescendo Homeseekers looking for a contemporary new apartment near Chesterfield can now view a brand new show apartment at Heath Gardens, George Wimpey’s stylish new development of new build homes in Doe Lea.

The housebuilder has just unveiled a two bedroom Crescendo apartment at the development on North Street to give home seekers the chance to explore contemporary living at its best.

The show home has been styled and dressed by a team of professional designers with contemporary fabrics, furnishings and accessories to give visitors a taste of luxury living at the development.

Regional sales and marketing director, Anne Bagshaw, said: “We wanted to create a show apartment, which reflected the stylish nature of the development and its contemporary homes. The designers have done a great job and the apartment is well worth a visit.”

The Crescendo comprises a tasteful fully fitted kitchen with dining area, together with a separate living room with Juliet balcony on first and second floor apartments. Along the hallway there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

When complete, Heath Gardens will offer buyers a choice of two bedroom apartments, spacious three and four bedroom, three-storey townhouses and four bedroom detached homes.

Anne added: “Each home at the development provides beautifully designed living accommodation combined with an intricate attention to detail, and at prices that people can afford.”

In addition to the new show apartment at Heath Gardens, there are also two four bedroom show homes available to view – a four bedroom detached Sheldon and a three-storey, four bedroom semi-detached Darley.

Currently available at the development is a selection of Crescendo apartments priced from £79,995 as well as a range of three bedroom, three-storey Carlton townhouses which are completely ready to move into. Prices for a Carlton start at £149,995.

There is also a selection of two bedroom Ashbourne homes priced from £99,995, a three bedroom Ashford home priced from £109,995, some four bedroom Stanton homes from £154,995 and a four bedroom Darley priced from £159,995.

With its stunning countryside surroundings and well established community feel, Doe Lea offers a great location for a new home, either for those already living in the neighbourhood, who wish to upsize, or for those looking to move to the area. The village benefits from well established shops and amenities, a village pub, community centre and a post office.

The new development will provide easy access to the M1, so it is in an enviable position for commuting. Close by are the villages of Bramley Vale, Glapwell and Stainsby, the latter being the host of the annual Stainsby Festival.

To find out more call into the sales information centre on North Street, Doe Lea which is open Thursday to Monday from 11am until 5.00pm. Further details about the development are also available online at georgewimpey.co.uk.
