Lanarkshire buyers do it ‘MiWay’ with Miller House-hunters seeking an extra helping hand are being offered the chance to find out more about Miller Homes’ most popular incentive MiWay, on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April, at several of the company’s Lanarkshire developments.

Throughout the weekend, Miller Homes’ expert sales team will also be on hand to highlight the benefits of the company’s successful MiWay offer, an unbeatable scheme for those looking to buy a new home in Lanarkshire.

With MiWay, buyers are given the chance to pay only ‘75% now, 25% later’, yet still own 100% of the property from the outset.

“We understand how tentative potential buyers are at the moment; however there really has never been a better time to buy. With the right support, coupled with our selection of incentives such as MiWay, buying a new home is achievable. Our open weekend is the ideal way for homebuyers to ease their worries, as they can discuss their buying options with our sales team, while having the opportunity to view the range of homes on offer at our developments,” said Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director for Miller Homes in Scotland.

Under this scheme, Miller Homes effectively provides a 0% APR loan to make up the other 25% of the price. Buyers pay nothing on this loan for up to 10 years. After 10 years, or when they sell or transfer their home, the buyer simply pays back the 25% of their home’s market value at that time.

Situated in the popular ‘Lindsayfield’ area of East Kilbride, Highfield Manor offers a stunning collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes, including semi-detached and detached house styles. Prices are currently released from £249,000, which is only £186,750 under MiWay.

Offering a blend of three, four and five-bedroom homes on the former site of Newton Farm in Cambuslang, Newton Park boats an excellent selection of house types priced from £155,000 or £116,250 with MiWay for a three-bedroom terraced villa, and from £295,000 or £221,250 with MiWay for a four-bedroom detached "Derwent" villa.

In North Lanarkshire at Miller Homes’ attractive Victoria Park Gardens development in Airdrie, buyers can secure a three-bedroom property priced at £179,000 for only £134,250 with MiWay, and for as little as £129,000 under MiWay for a three-bedroom home priced from £172,000 at its Wood Grove development in Motherwell.

Neighbouring the North Lanarkshire suburb of Uddingston, in the Glasgow area of Calderpark on the former site of Glasgow Zoo, is the company’s popular Keepers Gate Ph3 development, where a three-bedroom home priced at £198,000 can also be purchased using MiWay for only £148,500.
