Award winning housebuilder Miller Homes has introduced a selection of three-bedroom terraced properties at the company’s attractive Newton Park development in Cambuslang, where impressive square footage and stylish layouts add practical family homes to the developments existing mix of large house styles.

Offering over 942sq ft, which is above average for a three-bedroom property in the area, Miller Homes’ latest release of properties includes the popular Tamar, and for the first time in Scotland, the Stanton and Cather terraced house style, all of which offer space in abundance, with open-plan layouts that make these homes as sociable as they are stylish.

The Stanton end terraced property enjoys a large lounge, with access to the rear garden via patio doors, as well as a separate dining/family room, whereas in the Cather mid terraced a modern fitted kitchen offers plenty of space with a family room/dining space that also leads out to the rear garden, from the patio doors.

Commenting on the new release Anne Marie Britton, Sales Director of Miller Homes Scotland said; “The new selection of terraced homes add to the fantastic choice of properties available at Newton Park. Ideal for young families or couples looking to move up the property ladder, from a one or two bedroom apartment in the area, the terraced house style really does tick all the boxes in terms of space, affordability and practicality.”

Situated off Newton Farm Road, near the edge of Cambuslang, Newton Park is a substantial development offering some of Miller Homes’ most sought after house types. Together with the recent release of coveted three-bedroom properties the development also offers a selection of semi-detached and detached properties include a choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

Ideally located only 20 minutes from Glasgow city centre, Cambuslang enjoys a bustling locality, offering a wealth of shopping outlets, schooling and a number of leisure facilities, ensuring that residents’ everyday needs are well and truly catered for.

Potential buyers can currently take advantage of a number of Miller Homes’ buying incentives on selected plots at Newton Park, including its ever popular MiWay offer, which gives buyers the chance to pay ‘75% now, 25% later’, yet still own 100% of their property for the outset.*

Alternatively, for those looking to receive an extra helping hand, they can opt to either take advantage of the company’s useful Movemaker+ scheme or Part Exchange, available of selected plots. Both incentives aim to help make the buying and moving process as easy as possible.

Prices currently range from £155,000 for a three-bedroom terraced Cather Mid to £295,000 for a four-bedroom detached Derwent.

*Under the MiWay scheme, Miller Homes effectively provides a 0% APR loan to make up the other 25% of the price, with the buyer paying nothing on this loan for up to 10 years. After this time, or when the buyer sells or transfers their home, they simply pay back the 25% of their homes market value at that time.
