A trio of incentives for buyers in Airdrie

A trio of incentives for buyers in Airdrie It’s three times a charm for buyers at Miller Homes’ attractive Victoria Park Gardens development in Airdrie, where a trio of incentives, designed to make buying, selling and moving even easier, offer the perfect accompaniment to any purchasing decision.

Potential buyers at Victoria Park Gardens can now choose from one of three offers: Miller Homes’ most popular incentive, MiWay, the company’s Part Exchange scheme or MoveMaker+, offering appealing buying solutions that are proving to be very desirable tools for a range of homebuyers.

Anne Marie Britton sales director for Miller Homes (Scotland) Ltd, said: “Our incentives have been specifically designed to assist and support the requirements of our buyers, especially within the current market. Whether its help securing a cheaper mortgage, enabling them to sell their previous home or just assisting them to make the move into a Miller home even easier, we can offer something to suit all.

“These three incentives are particularly suited to the Airdrie market. The town remains one of North Lanarkshire’s property hotspots in terms of the local market wishing to secure a new home within their hometown as well as those keen to relocate from surrounding areas because of the great commuter appeal of this location.”

MiWay is the perfect deal for purchaser who don’t have a sizeable deposit or for those struggling to find a mortgage. Buyers are given the opportunity to pay ‘75% now, 25% later’. Miller Homes essentially provides its purchasers with an interest free loan to make up the remaining 25% of the home price, allowing buyers to shop around for a smaller mortgage.

While MiWay makes the buying process even easier, Miller Homes’ Part Exchange package allows a buyer to secure a brand new Miller Home without having the pressure of selling their own. Effectively, Miller undertakes the marketing, valuation and sale of the buyer’s existing property, allowing homeowner to fully enjoy their new home, instead of worrying about the sale of their previous property.

As an alternative to PX, buyers with a current property to sell can take advantage of MoveMaker+. Under this incentive, Miller Homes’ customers can enjoy a host of extras, designed to help them market their old property and relax into their new Miller home.

Buyers with MoveMaker+ will have their estate agents, survey and essential Home Report fees covered by Miller and the company will also contribute towards their legal fees. Their new home will be fully carpeted throughout and buyers of properties up to £250,000 will also have their stamp duty fees paid.

In addition, if the buyer’s current property is not sold within an agreed period of time, Miller Homes may consider it for a part exchange deal.

Situated off Cairnhill Road, Victoria Park Gardens, which is Miller Homes’ first development in Airdrie, provides a substantial choice of homes ranging from two-bedroom semi-detached properties to five-bedroom detached villas.

Currently available in the latest release is a selection of three and four-bedroom detached homes, including the three-bedroom Tamar priced from £175,000.
