Due to launch soon, Forth View will offer a great selection of 33, detached four and five-bedroom properties, all of which feature Miller Homes’ exacting specification and high build quality.

Six styles of four-bedroom homes are available, as well as the five-bedroom ‘Jura’ property, meaning residents can choose the best design to suit their individual needs.

With the first completions expected in early summer, homebuyers can be nestled into a new way of life in time for a summer by the seaside.

Anne Marie Britton, sales director for Miller Homes (Scotland East Region) comments: “We take pride in providing exceptional family homes and our properties at Forth View are no exception. Every detail and design has been thoughtfully planned and carefully constructed to ensure our customers receive a very good quality home at excellent value for money. This, coupled with the excellent, waterfront locale of Burntisland, is sure to appeal to many buyers.”

Forth View enjoys a commanding position, off Aberdour Road, where families can enjoy all the benefits of coastal living in a friendly burgh and take advantage of the fantastic outdoor amenities. A fine beach is within walking distance and for family bonding, annual summer events include the Highland Games and the crowning of the summer Queen.

Residents of Forth View can share the town’s many amenities including a good selection of independent shops and some bars. For golf and sporting enthusiasts, there is a highly rated 18-hole golf course, as well as a popular bowling green and a new leisure centre and swimming pool. The town also has its own primary school, with secondary education and colleges of further studies available in nearby Kirkcaldy.

Anne Marie Britton adds: “All of the properties at Forth View will be perfect for busy families looking for a more relaxed and fun way of life. Burntisland provides plenty of things to do and is also extremely well placed for travelling to Edinburgh and indeed most of Fife.”

Commuters will be pleased to know that Forth View is within easy access to the M90, bringing Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth within easy reach. Burntisland train station provides regular services to Edinburgh and Dundee. For those travelling further afield, Edinburgh Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive from the development.
