An Esk house style which will feature on the Firth of Forth development To coincide with the official British Summer Time on Sunday 25 March, Miller Homes (Scotland East Region) is giving homebuyers another chance to buy at ‘Forth View’ in Burntisland – and just in time for the sunshine!

Located on the northern shore of the Firth of Forth, this select development will comprise 33, large four and five-bedroom detached villas. And now, due to popular demand – another release of four and five-bedroom properties are available to purchase.

There are presently four house styles available to choose from in this latest release including the popular four-bedroom ‘Esk’, ‘Calder’ and ‘Fyne’ villas, as well as the substantial, five-bedroom ‘Jura’ home.

Like all Miller Homes’ properties, each of the homes at Forth View have been meticulously designed with family living in mind. Spacious living areas, combined with high levels of specification and finishes, allow residents to move in and enjoy all the benefits of a low maintenance home.

Anne Marie Britton, sales director for Miller Homes (Scotland East Region) comments: “Homebuyers will be buying into a way of life at Forth View. Not only does the seaside location greatly appeal to families, but the excellent proximity to the rest of Fife, Dundee and Edinburgh, provides buyers with the best of both worlds.”

Burntisland has a whole host of leisurely pursuits which are seldom found within busy city centres. The shore front is not too far away from the development and annual events, including the Highland Games and the crowning of the summer Queen, make for an excellent family day out.

Residents of Forth View can share the town’s many amenities including a good selection of independent shops. For golf and sporting enthusiasts, there is a highly rated 18-hole golf course, as well as a popular bowling green and a new leisure centre and swimming pool. The town also has its own primary school, with secondary education and further education colleges available in nearby Kirkcaldy.

Prices start from £181,000 for a four-bedroom detached Esk villa. For further information, visit millerhomes.co.uk.
