30th April 2007 Print
The Kingdom of Fife may be celebrated the world over as the home of Golf at St Andrews, but the region was also once the ancestral home of Scotland’s monarchs.

And while their former regal residencies can still be viewed by the many historic remains throughout the region, today’s inhabitants are being given opportunity to be the king of their very own castle thanks to several impressive developments by Miller Homes limited (Scotland East).

“As a region, Fife has a lot to offer. Numerous villages and towns, combined with stunning coastal surroundings and great commuter appeal, make the area highly attractive to both the local market and those keen to re-locate. By providing an extensive choice of new build properties, Miller Homes is helping to make this lifestyle proposition a reality for many,” said Anne Marie Britton, sales director, Miller Homes Limited (Scotland East).

Nestling on the edge of Scotland’s historic capital – Dunfermline, in the Duloch area of the town, is Green Gardens Grove.

Ranging from two bedroom apartments to four and five-bedroom detached homes, Green Gardens Grove has a village feel about it.

The finish to each property is impeccable, which potential buyers can see this for themselves when they visit the three showhomes and one apartment for viewing. Many of the detached villas feature a bay windowed lounge, while all master-bedrooms come with the added luxury of an en-suite.

Dunfermline successfully marries its historic past, in terms of its abbey and Abbott’s House Museum, with its vibrant present, which includes Fife Leisure Park. This 35-acre park is only half a mile from Green Gardens Grove and provides a 10-screen cinema, several restaurants and a health club.

The development also benefits from easy accessibility to the M90, just over two miles away; whilst Edinburgh is within a half hour drive. Queen Margaret Railway Station, is less than a mile away, offering a regular service throughout Fife.
