Gladedale to launch Waterside development in Burntisland Gladedale (North East Scotland) Ltd is to launch its new Waterside development in Burntisland this weekend, offering a select development of quality family homes which overlook the Forth.

There has already been considerable interest in the development, ahead of the sales office opening at 11am this Saturday (February 16), when six houses will be released for sale.

Situated on the Fife Coastal Path and just a stone’s throw from an award-winning beach, Waterside is close to local shopping and leisure facilities, yet offering an easy commute to the east of Scotland’s major cities.
