Sales boom in Harleston

Persimmon Homes Anglia has reported a record-breaking sales success at the company’s Sancroft Square development in Harleston, as ten homes were sold and as many early birds reservations were secured in the site’s opening weekend.

Jon Gibbs, sales director for Persimmon Homes Anglia, credits the success of the development to a variety of factors as he explains: “Sancroft Square offers a range of enviable homes coupled with the fact that they’re situated in a desirable location. Due to our pre-launch marketing, we secured a strong database of potential purchasers, so we knew it would be a popular site, but we weren’t banking on the first weekend being this successful!”

Persimmon will be building a total of 110 properties, ranging from one bedroom apartments right through to five bedroom executive detached homes. There are currently just four properties remaining in the first release of 19, with prices starting from £109,950 for a one bedroom apartment and the first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in September.

The popularity of Sancroft Square is also attributed to the careful design and layout of the development, which has been capturing the imagination of househunters in the area.

Persimmon will be creating an attractive new neighbourhood with particular emphasis placed on encouraging wildlife and promoting environmentally friendly lifestyles.
