The wait is finally over at Fellowes Plain in Norwich

7th December 2007 Print
The wait is finally over at Fellowes Plain in Norwich For a long time now there have been whispers and rumours about the highly anticipated launch of the next phase of Fellowes Plain – Charles Church’s flagship renovation and conversion of the former Norfolk and Norwich Hospital site in Norwich. And now the housebuilder has set a date for the public launch of the Administration Building at the site and is urging anyone interested in purchasing one of the apartments to put this date in their diaries – Saturday, January 12.

The Administration Building – which is located at the front of the development – consists of just 18 one and two bedroom luxury apartments spread over four floors. With each of the apartments unique and designed sympathetically around the building’s original features, all have been carefully and sensitively refurbished by Charles Church.

Heather Clarke, Sales Manager for Charles Church North London, says: “People have been waiting for the launch of the Administration Building for a long time and Charles Church is delighted to announce the launch on January 12. Understandably, interest in the apartments has been high, and with only 18 available it is likely that they will sell in record time.”

Charles Church has successfully fused the old with the new at Fellowes Plain, with the design of each apartment traditional from the outside yet sleek and modern inside. Specification is second to none, with close attention to detail throughout. Neff appliances, including a stainless steel electric oven and halogen hob and integrated fridge freezer, have been fitted in the state-of-the-art kitchens. There is also a choice of vinyl flooring and a choice of Dennis & Robinson kitchen furniture. Elsewhere, apartments feature ceramic wall tiles, crisp white sanitaryware and heated towel rails in the en-suite facilities.

Fellowes Plain is located in the heart of the city of Norwich, just off St Stephens Road. It is excellently placed, just a short stroll from the city’s cobbled streets, pubs, restaurants and two shopping malls. The quaint city is also steeped with history and offers no less than 30 medieval churches and a castle.

For those looking for a location which offers good transport links, Fellowes Plain is ideal. Regular trains run from Norwich to Ipswich, Cambridge and, further afield, London. The road network is also good.

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to buy a luxury and unique apartment at fellows Plain – visit on the January 12, to reserve your dream apartment. Alternatively, for further details visit Charleschurch.com.
