New Costessey community - The Chase

28th March 2008 Print
David Wilson Homes is launching The Chase development at Queens Hill in New Costessey, on Saturday 29 March and will be opening a new three bedroom, three-storey showhome at the development.

The Chase, which is set towards the back of Queens Hill and overlooks private woodland, will eventually comprise a total of 76 homes including a selection of one bedroom coach houses, and two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Maximising the stunning environment and ensuring the development includes a wealth of local amenities were two of David Wilson Homes’ major considerations when designing the development; as such the new development will include a brand new school, local village centre, community hall and an array of shops, play area, football pitches and a recreational area. These new facilities combined with the existing local hospital, schools and colleges, will ensure that The Chase has all the amenities any family would wish for.

Rebecca Littler, sales and marketing director for David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, comments: “What is so nice about The Chase is that we have not only combined a wide portfolio of properties to suit the requirements of local purchasers but there will also be a range of essential amenities, services and recreational facilities, creating a brand new community. The Chase will be ideal for those with busy family lifestyles, young professionals looking to commute, or even those wanting to downsize but have everything to hand.”

Rebecca continues: “We will be opening a new three bedroom, three-storey Whitmore showhome on our launch day and will be offering a range of incentives on selected properties including part-exchange, Movemaker and Easy Start, so those interested in making the move or taking the next step up the ladder should visit now.”

Easy Start for first time buyers

Available for first time buyers, the easy start incentive, which is available on selected plots means you can own 100 per cent of your first home but only pay 75 per cent of the price when buying and do not have to pay a deposit. The other 25 per cent is an interest free loan repaid after 10 years or upon resale of the home.

Part-exchange your existing property

Making moving home as stress free as possible, homebuyers who opt to part-exchange can choose their new home with the reassurance that they can remain comfortably in their existing property until their new home is ready then simply hand over the keys to David Wilson Homes.

Movemaker

The Movemaker service also takes the bother and expense out of moving; put simply, David Wilson Homes will instruct an estate agent to sell your existing property so you can move into your new home as quickly and easily as possible. For the purchaser this means there are no estate agents fees or HIPS to pay, all they need to do is agree the asking price.

Prices start from £197,995 for a three bedroom home to £264,995 for a four bedroom home.

The Chase at Queens Hill sits on the northern edge of the beautiful Tud Valley, so is surrounded by mature trees, public open spaces and there is also a small river at the front of the development. In addition, the development is ideally located for those looking to commute. The A47 provides easy access into the centre of Norwich and access to the A11/A14 and local buses offer services every 15 minutes into the city centre. For those looking to travel to warmer climates, International Airport is located on the outskirts of Norwich.
