Sales success in Diss

Current speculation that the UK housing market is about to experience a slump has so far not affected Anglia according to Lowestoft-based Persimmon Homes. The housebuilder has recently reported that its Ashbrook Meadow development in Diss has been its best performing this year.

Jon Gibbs, sales director for Persimmon Homes Anglia states: "When we launched Ashbrook Meadow in 2006 we expected our sales presence to last over four years, but we're selling so quickly that we don't expect to be at the site for too much longer."
