Charlie Dimmock visits Barratt's Ringland Park, near Norwich Celebrity gardening TV presenter Charlie Dimmock recently spent a day at Barratt Eastern Counties' popular Ringland Park development near Norwich to share her fantastic knowledge of gardening with prospective homebuyers. Throughout the day, Charlie demonstrated how to create the perfect hanging basket, introduced younger visitors to the fun of potting plants and gave plenty of gardening tips.

Charlie Dimmock comments, "It was a great day and a pleasure to be in a development with so much greenery. The fantastic countryside around Ringland Park provides the perfect backdrop to the gardens, which always add such enjoyment to a family home."

Ringland Park is part of the new village at Queen's Hills in Costessey, which is in a lovely rural position just a few miles from Norwich. Barratt is building a wide selection of homes and has opened no less than four show homes - a two-bedroom apartment and houses with two, three or four bedrooms - making it easy for homebuyers to see exactly what is on offer.

With a range of incentives available to help homebuyers in different situations, this is an excellent time to buy a home at Ringland Park. To help people buy an apartment, Barratt is currently offering to pay the 5 per cent deposit. Or for those with an existing home to sell, Barratt can buy their property through its popular Part Exchange Scheme leaving them free to buy one of its new homes. This takes away the worry of being in a chain and even allows them to stay in their old home until the new one is ready. With no estate agent fees to pay, or HIPS pack to prepare, it saves money too.

Prices of homes at Ringland Park start from £137,995 for a two-bedroom apartment and from £161,995 for a two-bedroom house.
